I ‘ve been buying my spa supplies from Keith for a few years. He has always been helpful. When it came time for a new hot tub, Keith was at the top of my list. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. We got a great deal and he delivered and set it up. He explained everything. Overall, we received excellent customer service that is hard to find nowadays.

Keith has always been fantastic with my husband & I. We've gone in a few times for advice as we're new to the hot tub world and Keith always helps us and looks out for us. I went to this store because my local store is closed on weekends and big box stores didn't have what I needed. Keith was very helpful on the phone and great in person. Cost of material was half of my local store. Great guy, great store, great price! I'll be driving the 25 minutes every time I can from now on.
