I've been using them for years throughout my projects for new wells and Septic installations. I reached out to John @ Aqua star amd he messaged me back quickly and got me in touch with Ashley and were able to come up with a solution to my collapsed well. They had a solution to every problem and knocked it out of the park as quickly as possible for a great end to a terrible situation.
