I would give Zero stars if I could. The absolute worst experience with a company I've ever had. Peter Williams is a thief and this company is a scam. I paid him $3500 to replace my pool liner nearly a year ago. Despite my NUMEROUS attempts to resolve this matter (replace the liner or refund my money), he will not respond to calls, texts or emails. Avoid this company at all costs!

They replaced the pump on my pool. From the beginning it never really worked well. Always was a struggle to get it to get the water to circulate. They were quick to jump to extreme solitons like removing my deck and replacing all the plumbing. They spent all day installing the thing. Refusing to believe anything that wasn’t working could be remotely related to their own work. Neighbor used them as well since they saw their truck at my house and regretted it as well.

I am a realtor - Peter was incredibly responsive with a situation where my sellers pool pump went out. He managed to get a service call in asap and replaced the pump within a few hours. I am so happy I referred my clients to AquaDoc. Thank you for your service and professionalism!

Owner and sons are honest , upfront and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered. I will definitely use again in the future. Keith and Pearl
