Right after our pool was installed, our pump stopped working. We chose Aquaman because they were on a list of approved warranty vendors. When the heater broke a couple of years later, we called them again because they had previously been so helpful and easy to work with. This is where I truly began losing my faith in them. The woman who answered the phone was (and is) incredibly rude. The work we paid to have done was nothing more than a Band-Aid. A Flex Seal substance was sprayed around the burst copper piping inside the heater. This year, we had another issue, and they were the only people we knew of to call. I was hoping for a different result when I called to see if they could replace our filter system. NOPE! Still, the same rude woman I remembered from two years ago answered the phone

Our 3 month old Hayward variable speed super pump started leaking from the bottom, indicating a seal leak. We purchased this pump from BackyardPoolSuperstore on Amazon who were rudely unhelpful referring me to the Hayward web site for assistance which was about as helpful as being dropped in the middle of the ocean and told to find your way home. I called several local pool services companies and was only able to reach people that had to check with others and wait for call backs. Then I found and called Aquaman Pool Service where the service manager, Chris, answered the phone. He understood exactly what my problem was and said they could schedule and replace the seal. He suggested I call the Hayward service representative for the mid-Atlantic and gave me his name and mobile phone numb

I have been an in-ground pool owner for 20 years and have had several pool companies service my pool. There has been no other pool company that has resolved my every issue as Aquaman Pool Service! Aquaman Pool Service has always, in my experience with them of three years, resolved my issue, or remedy, the problem. There has never been a prolonged wait time, as the problem was fixed the next day. I highly recommend Aquaman to all pool owners and this is the first rating I gave any local (DMV) pool service company.

We used Aquaman for two years when we lived in NOVA. We had a horrible experience previously with the pool contractor who also had the pool service contract for 1 year. Aquaman actually fixed many of the issues the contractor failed to fix and they were extremely patient and understanding with us as clients. We used them to open/close our pool along with weekly maintenance. We were never disappointed and highly recommend this company.

Our pool pump went out a few days before we were hosting a end of school event. I called Aquaman and they squeezed in a new pump install two days later. Not only were the technicians professional, they finished the installation in a downpour. Thank you for saving the day!
