Bringing our dream backyard oasis to life is what the team at Aqua Pools of San Antonio did. Paul, our sales person helped us choose the best pool that fit our lifestyle and backyard. With Toinette's help, she kept us in the loop, everything from site prep paperwork to letting us know when each phase of the install was going to happen and who was coming out. When Mike and his pool install crew showed up, I was amazed how fast they had the site really for the pool(1½) days. Then Martin and the concrete crew did an awesome job of pouring and sculpting the pool deck area in one day. They left the area so clean you didn't know they were there. Aquapools of NB fully exceeded our expectations and we truly love how are pool build came out! Their staff is friendly, professional, courteous, and understanding of our busy schedules. I’d fully and confidently recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a pool build! It was nice to be able to go to their brick & mortar store to see all the different pool builds and accessories for the different models available. Shop around but give these guys and gals a chance you will not be disappointed!

From signing the contract for the pool, to scheduling, and construction, Aqua Pools was the best. Special thank you to Scott in sales, Toinette in planning and scheduling, and Cody in construction. Every step was explained and executed to perfection. We are now enjoying our pool and creating memories!

Every step of the process was simple and easy. Paul our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He’s an outstanding guy. John came to check on the progress often and made sure we didn’t have any questions right up until the end. John took the time to make sure we also knew what the next steps were each day. The installers were quick. The plumbers were incredible and also very helpful with any and all questions The cement crew did an A+++ job. They know what they are doing! The office was also super helpful. Kody like John, was there to take our calls and check on us. We appreciate the easy 2 week install done by the AquaPools of SA team.

Here is an honest review from someone who is probably the most anal when it comes to details. Hands down the best experience I have ever had. I have has several homes with pools built and AquaPools was phenomenal. A fiberglass pool? I would never. After having so many friends have horrible experiences with their pool builders and with the "concrete cancer" I decided fiberglass was something I needed to research. I saw the pools at the New Braunfels location and said this is my Dream pool. John who worked with me through the whole process was so attentive to every step of the process. Like wow.... the communication was nothing I have experienced. Step by step on everything. 9 days people! 9 days and I had my pool.
