Discovered my water heater wasn't working on a Friday. Filed a claim with my home warranty. Got connected with Aquapro within a couple hours. Jiv noticed that the scheduled appointment would have been for Monday, but since he was in the area, decided to stop by and check it out. He diagnosed the problem to be the clogged filter and went ahead and cleaned it for me. After about 20min he was done and the heater was back in operation. Jiv was very helpful and communicated every step of the way and even taught me something! Thanks Jiv!
