Our technician was Art Jones. Art was very personable, and very knowledgable about Kinetico products. Art took time to go over the water treatment evaluation form that he filled out on the visit. Art also took time to show me what needed to be repaired as our water softner was behind on service maintenance. After Art evaluation he provided payment options and went through those options with me to make sure i understand them. Art answered all my questions and made sure I took all of the discounts to lower my finance for the service he provided. I would recommend Aquarius home service and Art as a professional techncician. I feel Art had my best interest in mind.

Excellent! Could not have asked for a better or more professional installation of a water softener and drinking water system. Derek was knowledgeable, efficient, and ensured everything was set up perfectly. Great communication with me as he completed the installation while I was at work. I arrived home to find everything was cleaned up, and there was no trace of dust or debris left behind. Highly recommend!
