We have had two experiences with SP Olson - and both have been wonderful. Just last week, our furnace was not working. They got it up and running, but the next day, it went down again. This time the owner came out to take a look, and found that we did not have any natural gas. Instead of leaving once he told me since that wasn’t his area to fix, he helped me call the natural gas company, spoke with them about what he saw, and even stuck around until they arrived to make sure we were taken care of. He also offered to bring space heaters over to borrow until the company could fix it for us, since it was possibly going to be awhile and we have a one year old. We are so grateful for the wonderful service we received from the crew at SP Olson!

Called Steve at 8:30 in the morning for non-functioning furnace. He had a crew out within an hour. Eric and Tony worked diligently in an attempt to resuscitate our 38 year old furnace but with no help from Lennox it was not meant to be. They left heaters so the house would not get too cold and Tony and Greg returned in the afternoon to install a new furnace at a fair price. Everybody was kind, conscientious, clean and neat. Would highly recommend.

Steve and his team were wonderful to work with. They showed up promptly after taking our call on a concern over our furnace. They determined a full replacement was needed. They installed a new system, were knowledgeable, kind, professional, and even patient with our 4 year old. Thank you Steve and team!

Steve took the time to help us figure out the best solution for the dry air in our house. We went with SP Olson and we now use them for our furnace checks and service as well. No more dry air in the winter and we no longer have to have three humidifiers running. Honest & Prompt
