Josiah is AMAZING..I met him back in 2021 he came for a maintenance checkup.. & went above and beyond what was required & labeled all of my valves explained how they work.. I was so impressed. Now 5 years today, he came back to update all of our kitchen plumbing, install a new sink & faucet..we had very old corroded piping. His work is so pristine. He is fast and considerate with pricing to do the best for our dollar. We are very happy to see Josiah again and work with him. He really is special. From start to finish, Aquarius was a top notch experience. Erik came out, identified the problem, listened to my concerns, and put together a solution that was far better in explanation and price than Bonfe or McQuillan was. Installation was scheduled promptly for the next day, and the whole thing was wrapped up in a little over 2 hours. Very impressed with Aquarius and would not hesitate to call again.

We have always been impressed with the service personnel we have encountered at Aquarius. Josiah and Mauricio were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, explained what they would be doing ahead of time, and were thorough. Although we don't usually get a service window time until the day before we are scheduled, we get notified when they are on the way and they have always arrived within the window.

My wife and I decided to reach out for a water consultation after dealing with hard water issues. Bottom line is Aquarius has unreal customer service. From the salesman and water consultant (Brian) to the install (Thomas) we were blown away. We went with a whole home softener/dechlorinator and K5 drinking system. Nothing but great things to say. We can’t wait to see how our Kinetico system improves our daily life! Highly recommend these guys. Thank you!

This morning Josiah showed up to install a new bathroom sink faucet, replacing one that has been in use for some 44 years. It needed replacing. He mentioned my toilet, being of the same age as the faucet, also needed replacing. Which I knew and was planning to do in the near future. He said by doing them both now I could save some money. So I had him do both. It went really well and took the right amount of time. He did an excellent job. Very personable and easy to converse with, easily answering my questions. It was a pleasure having him do the job, which I think turned out great. Very happy with it.
