I can’t praise Nate and Bronson enough for how thoughtful and caring they were today when they discovered that my return line was blocked when they were closing my pool. They stayed until Roto Router got here and were assured that the problem could be fixed. Aquarius put in my first of two pools in 2000. Their customer service for 25 years has been outstanding.

Just had my pool liner changed and it looks phenomenal!! As always, the guys at Aquarius Pools did a great job with the install of the new liner. Thanks Aquarius! Felix

Very nice people running this store. They can help with pools, hot tubs, and patio furniture and supplies. Seasonally during the holidays they have a very nice Christmas store with a wide variety of unique items including outdoor and indoor decorations, ornaments, wreaths and wreath supplies to build your own, and an awesome selection of beautiful artificial Christmas trees if you’re not into the real thing! Love shopping in this store during the holidays to see what they have to offer!

We needed a new liner for our pool and everyone at Aquarius was great to work with. An extra shout out to Shade & Bronson who did a great job with the installation!

I was there today with my 5 year old to buy pool chemicals and he asked very politely to please use the restroom. The lady at the front desk said no, it’s for employees only. I think if I’m about to drop $500 on pool chemicals it would not have hurt them to let him use the restroom. I understand telling an adult no, but it’s very difficult to wait for a water sample and then stay long enough to buy a ton of chemicals and supplies with a five year old that suddenly has to pee. We’ve given them thousands of dollars over the years as their customers, the least they could do is be a little nicer to their customers. I won’t be going to them anymore. So rude.
