Excellent experience all around!! They were extremely patient with every design revision and material change while I worked through the early phases of the project. I struggled with design and material selections, and they went through roughly seven different designs and multiple pricing options without ever making it feel like a burden. Throughout it all, they remained professional, kind, and accommodating—even when I paused the job to make adjustments that delayed the process. The construction phase was my favorite and it was so exciting to watch progress everyday. They showed up when they said they would, did their job, and delivered an excellent final product. The lifetime pool warranty is a huge bonus and really shows they stand behind their work.
