Awesome experience from the first initial call, to the pick up from the guys. They were kind and professional. Great price. Highly recommend.

We had Mr. Lance and another gentleman. They called when they were on their way and were so very gracious since I have movers here at my house today. They were so sweet and helpful.

This review is receiving 2 stars let me explain for context. On 10/16/25 contact Junk King for price quote for Junk Removal. Customer contact center representative Joseph was great at giving rough estimate. I immediately booked for today 10/17/25 behind 9am-11am time frame. Per the email it advise that you will get a called 10 to 15 mins before arrival timeframe. That didnt happen at 10:20a contact Junk King to ensure that I would be notified and the representative advised that I will get a call never happen. At 11:02am no call, no show contacted customer service, place on 10 min hold just for representative to advise that I would get a call within a few mins. Never happen! The level of service from customer service is great but to not call are show for appt is unprofessional. I do hope fo

The Junk King crew arrived at the time scheduled. They were courteous and professional. They gave me an exact price on the spot for the items I wanted removed. They were very careful when moving things. I would absolutely use their service again in the future. I’m very happy with the results, and would recommend them to anyone wishing to get rid of unwanted items.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great experience with Junk King! A friendly, hardworking crew came out and quickly hauled off several large items for us. They were on time - actually early!, efficient, and the price was extremely reasonable. Everything was handled with care and zero hassle.
