Aquascape Pool Designs

Our experience with Aquascape Pool Designs was excellent. We had a gunite pool replastered with new tile. The price was reasonable, not the cheapest, but definite not the most expensive by far. The engagement was hassle-free, no upselling; the quality of workmanship was very good; the workforce was respectful and friendly; and work was done in a timely manner. Old-fashioned work ethic and getting exactly what you expect is hard to come by now-a-days, Frank always came out to inspect the work and make sure things were ready for the next step. I highly recommend Aquascape Pool Designs for a worry free, done-right experience.

Install, great! Responsiveness when maintenance is required, awful! We had a pool installed last year and the process went nicely. The next season our jet cleaning system on the pool floor malfunctioned , we placed a call and were told @they would get to us”. 5 days later nothing. And when we called again we were met with abrupt attitudes. “Yes we know you called... you just expect us to run out”... and we’re not given a scheduled time as to when he could fit us in. So will you get a great pool designed, yes. Will you still be a priority once they have your money and back their product. Not so much.
