Super service! The crew showed up today and opened the pool. They were very friendly and professional. Told me what they did and what I need to do in the next few days. No mess or anything to clean up afterwards. 200% satisfied with service. I wish I could give 6 stars. Used last year to close pool and same service. Will use no one else. Thanks, Joe H.

Always professional, always happy to answer questions for me and show me what parts of the system are. They make realistic recommendations with options if something is broken. Customer service is very responsive. Good price too.

If I could give 10,000 stars I would! Short of it: they did everything they were supposed to do and more with our 30+ year old pool. From the very first meeting to now my kids jumping in for the first time, Tim and his crews couldn’t have been any better. Our pool now has a new life and can’t wait to build a ton of memories with my family around it. I highly recommend them!

Always a great experience. I am a 22 year pool Owner and unfortunately have dealt with a few companies before working with Aquathority. Not only do I use them for opening and closing they also did a large coping/tile job for me. They are efficient and professional. No worries at all with them!

So let me start off by saying that this is the worst company to deal with that I have ever encountered. I have never had a good experience with them from the get Go. From how they opened the pool to never returning my phone messages to the pool turning green from their “ so called expertise lol “. The pool is a a salt water paradise now that it is being serviced by a reputable company that came out looked at the swampy mess aquathority left. Starting from the opening there was issues. They claimed they new how to work the remote and they acted like they cleaned and attending to the filters. It turns out they never did.
