Aquatic Construction LLC Lawn Sprinklers

I have been extremely pleased with the work Aquatic Construction has done for us. Most recently they winterized our sprinkler system. Their technician arrived on time and quickly completed the assignment. Efficient, professional and friendly he was impressive.

5 days ago Horrible customer service. They came out in the spring to turn sprinklers back on and do system check. I alerted them to where one of the sprinklers was not working and water was just pooling. At the end, the tech advised he couldn't find the main line, my neighbor showed him where it was, and after awhile he said someone else will have to come back to do it because he couldn't figure it out. I was charged for services. Weeks later, I called because no one had come back out. They sent the same crew. They were here a few hours, never talked to me, and left. They left a huge hole in my yard on top of everything! I was charged $464! No discussion, no review of services, no explanation, nothing. I have called over 10x and left messages without 1 return call! AS A CONSUMER, I HAVE T

We have really enjoyed working with Aquatic Construction! They installed lawn sprinklers this year. Very hands on, worked with us to help us understand our system and very easy to work with. We highly recommend them!!
