We had Aquatic Creations do our inground fiberglass pool this summer. I came across Bill and the team after talking with several pool builders in Central Ohio. They were more than generous with their time and willingness to consult us while we made a decision on the style/shape/features of our pool. They were very timely on the install and met or exceeded their estimated timeliness. We have heard horror stories from friends on other pool builders and their tendency to drag projects out over long periods. We were swimming in a matter of weeks, not months. The quality of work and responsiveness to requests stand out to me. We found their crew to be pleasant and very hardworking and you could tell they were knowledgeable and trustworthy. Billy & team were thorough and professional throughout the entire process... From initial consultation, to install, to completion, questions through the summer, and then our 1st end of season close- we were pleased with every single aspect! Before, during, and after pics below! Started with an old ugly deck and Billy & team took us to a backyard oasis! Bill and Rick were fantastic to work with during the entire process. They started when they said they would and finished earlier than planned.
