Probably some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered in a company I have done business with. The receptionist who answered the phone needs some costumer service lessons as she couldn’t even bother to fix her attitude or express some pleasantries. She was very rude. I was then sent to the administrative assistant who acted like it was her first day on the job. She also was quite unpleasant especially considering I was not being difficult or complaining about anything, just had some questions. I would never purchase anything from this company again.

I came looking to get my spa fixed up and Cheryl came to the rescue and gave me everything I needed and told me how to use it in great detail! She was such a pleasure to work with. I feel like family already, will be coming back for all my spa needs! 🤗

My husband and i stopped in to this place to inquire about having an above ground pool installed. We were asked what we wanted. We don't really know as we are new to this. We were given a number for installers who work for them,and told that if they do install in our area to call back. (Ok, so I'll do the leg work for your business.) I called and left two messages with the installers. I did not get a return call. I guess not wasting your time giving us any information whatsoever worked out well for you.

Cheryl is amazing, I’m so glad I went here first for my hot tub. I feel like family
