Terrible customer service. The only way you can speak to a person is to place an order. Otherwise you have to leave a message. They don't refund until they receive the merchandise, that takes a week. Then it is another 48 hours. It is not stated that they charge a restocking fee. My purchase price was 179.80 and my refund was 140.27, that is a 22% for a restocking fee. OUTRAGEOUS.
The sent me a defective item and refused a return. They did not answer emails. They gave me the run around on the phone. Very poor customer service. Ordering from poolweb was a big mistake. If I had ordered it from amazon, it would have been taken care of in a few minutes. The worst online company I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor, stay away.
