I got an estimate from John, then when Gabby showed up to do the job, they changed the scope of work and estimate. It was unexpected and left me unprepared as I had needed the job to be finished. I canceled the project and will find someone else. The whole experience left me feeling that the two of them don’t coordinate well together. To me it is unprofessional to tell the customer additional work needs to be done the day you show up to complete the project. This is the kind of discussion with the customer that should be conducted at the time the estimate is given.

Horrible. They didn't pull a required permit from the County. They didn't finish the job, and when I asked them about it, they were insulting and hostile. I finally had to go to the County to get the job finished....which only made them more hostile. A company that gets rude when you ask simple questions is trying to hide their work quality. Find someone else.

Amazing service and quality work. John and Gabby exceed expectations. I called John about a sump pump issue following a heavy rain. In less than 24 hours Gabby and crew installed a fix. Use this company before considering alternatives.

The team at Aqueduct (everyone from John to Gabriel) are outstanding, quick, and efficient. I called their team on a Sunday (understanding they were closed) and left a voicemail. Then received a call early Monday morning from the owner to schedule a team member to come out that day. The technician arrived Monday afternoon and reassured us everything would be taken care of. He walked the property, studied the basement, and analyzed the windows. He tested the drains and finally identified a solution. The technician spent over 2 hours repairing the (root cause) problem without offering expensive and time-consuming alternatives. John the salesman that came to my home was very informative and was able to answer my questions and address my concerns. He came up with a reasonable plan to prevent my crawl space from flooding anymore. They also went above and beyond by burying all my downspouts to keep water away from my house. They finished the work on time and my crawl space is completely dry. I called the company a couple weeks after the job was completed with a couple of questions and small concerns. Gabriel “Gabby” came to my house explained how the drains worked and regraded and put new stone in front of my house and it looks fantastic, he didn’t have to do all that extra work but he took pride in his job and wanted it to be right. This was the best contracting work and value I have ever had.
