Aqueduct Irrigation - Southern Light

This company is nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Everything from poor customer service, poor communication, unrealistic prices, they never come out when they say they are, they are constantly saying that they are backed up and can’t come out. They recently did a huge project on our neighbors irrigatIon system that we share with them on well water and they are refusing to come to our house to get our water turned on. They dropped us customers because they don’t want to deal with us. Are they hiding something that they did during the construction process at our neighbors. I would never recommend this company. GO ELSEWHERE. What company drops a paying customer???? This company is shady.

Mauricio came out to make some repairs. He and his team did an excellent job. They were very professional and they wasted no time or effort in doing a good job. I highly recommend Aquaduct Irrigation.

Over the past decade I've had interactions with most of the big irrigation companies in the Nashville area. I can honestly say aqueduct is one of the few places with great communication. Even during the busy season I've always received a call back by the end of the day.

The gentleman you sent out today he is from Cuba. I forgot his name, unfortunately but he was so accommodating and helpful. There was an area that was not being well watered and he rearranged the heads and now everything is well covered, and I greatly appreciated what he did today.
