Frank and team are true professionals. As shown in the attached photos, their work is stellar. Paul is a true craftsman and his attention to detail is unsurpassed. For instance, the stairs were all custom made from two pieces of wood. Paul matched the grains so well, that you can't tell each step isn't made from a single piece of wood. Kevin was incredibly helpful and helped to keep everything moving and on schedule. Out with the 70’s sunken living room along with its potential tripping hazard and in with the new updated 2021 relaxation zone. We have a beautiful Red Oak hardwood floor that extends throughout our house, but after building up our subfloor to bring our living room’s floor level even with the rest of the house, we realized that lacing in the new hardwood flooring to seamlessly match the existing flooring, would be a job better suited for professionals. Frank is the best. We recently installed hardwood floors in our house and Frank has done an amazing job. He was very patient with us and helped us figure out what we really wanted. The walnut he found was gorgeous. His attention to details on the installation was unparalleled. We had a stone base for the fireplace that protruded unevenly and he cut and installed the wood perfectly. He also created custom heat vents from the same wood to blend it in perfectly. We had Frank and his very expert crew perform two tasks for us. First, we replaced all the carpet in our three upstairs bedrooms and the stairwell with new hardwood floors. It came out better than we could have expected. Their work is exceptional. Second, we had the downstairs kitchen and dining area refinished. Again, the final product was outstanding. They started on the agreed upon date and finished a day earlier than expected and there were no surprises with the cost. It was exactly as agreed upon. Of particular note was the work Frank did on the stairwell. He had to improvise and create sections since it wasn't a replacement of an existing floor. Frank and his crew did such an awesome job repairing my wood floor. I can't thank him enough. He's been doing it a long time and the knowledge that he has really proves that. With his experience and know-how, it's no wonder he's so fantastic at what he does. My hardwood floor had expanded and had buckled up. Frank knew exactly what to do and how to fix it.
