Wow!! Cody’s Tree service is the BEST! They were efficient, friendly, and provided great guidance and service! I would highly recommend their services. We used them 20 or so years ago and used them again just now in December 2025 (since there is no snow they are still working). They are local and they showed up when they said they would. After seeing how professional they were with all the work starting from the bid to the final cleanup, it was really a very reasonable price for all they did. We had 2 pine trees removed (one needed a crane) and a few other trees were trimmed.

We recently hired Cody's Tree Services to remove three massive pine trees from our property in South Lake Tahoe, CA. These trees were extremely tall—easily four to five stories high—so it was a major job. The entire team was fantastic. They were right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The most impressive part was their safety and precision. Our yard is tight, and watching them cut and expertly guide the fall of the trees between two other existing trees was simply amazing. Very good price for removing three trees up to 22" in the sierra tract. A five person crew had the trees removed, slash chipped, loaded onto trucks and fence replaced in about 3 hrs. They cleaned up very nicely. Cody was great to work with. Estimate to job completion within a week. A very good transaction.

Cody’s Tree Service was an absolute delight to work with to remove a dozen trees from our South Lake Tahoe home! Frank and his team were quick, professional, and absolute experts. The team were able to get permits secured for our tree removal in less than a week and cleared a dozen trees in just a day and a half! They even nearly stacked the wood we asked them to leave for us as firewood. They were also very reasonably priced and answered all of our questions clearly. I've used Cody's Tree Service twice and they have been excellent both times. The first time involved a crane and some big trees and the second time they just removed one tree. They were easy to schedule and Frank is very quick with the quote and getting the job scheduled. I've been very happy with them and their work.
