I had been using the company for over a year and never seemed to have an issue until I recently starting seeing bugs after my routine monthly service. I notified the office and was instructed to wait a week, to allow the chemical to penetrate, but I should call back if no improvement. I did as I was told and called to ask for a follow up. The service person informed me that he would come out to retreat my home the next day. He never showed up, but called a few days later to come out and spray, instead they charged me again even though they had just came out two weeks prior and neglected to return for the follow up that was promised. P
