Ashley was incredible to work with! She handled our roof quote quickly and professionally, and she kept the entire crew on task from start to finish. She arrived on-site early and made sure there were enough workers so the job could be completed in one day—minimizing any interruption to our business. Her communication was outstanding. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and sent numerous pictures, so I never even had to stop by the property. It made the whole experience stress-free. Billy Harrington and his team did a marvelous job. The job was awarded based upon comparative price, material quality, warranty, and thoroughness of work scope (eg replacement of skylight, chimney cover, flashing, boot covers, ridge vent, clean up, speed). The estimate offered everything we needed (and wanted) at a price 20% less than another trusted contractor. Plus, Mr Harrington communicated clearly and consistently so we were never left wondering about the roof work. We highly recommend anyone to let this company bid the job and win it in merits.

Chad Felkel and his crew from Roof it Forward were awesome to work with. Chad always made himself available to answer all of my questions as a dealt with insurance. There was never any pressure and he was always patient with me! They arrived early and were very efficient with the roof replacement project.
