I'm grateful to my friend Kara who recommended ARB Mechanical, she was right! ARB does a great jobbb! Greg & Nick fixed my AC problem in less than 2 hours. A previous company told me it would take half a day to complete because it's such a big job! Haha! Greg exudes such confidence in what he does & he delivered a job well done! I highly recommend this Mechanical company, try them, you'll be glad you did!!

Had them install units a few years ago. Everyone that has come since has said whoever installed this had no clue what they were doing. Pipes were all running into one pump in the ceiling with nothing under it. Leaked all into my ceiling now and I have a giant hole that now needs to be repaired. Disaster. Now I have to have all the pipes redone and have my ceiling repaired costing thousands of dollars. Never use this company

Very responsive and accommodating. Got here as soon as possible. Very punctual. Greg and Nick were our technicians. Very polite and professional as was Dennis who I spoke to in order to set things up.

I spoke with Anthony a few times to make appointments. He was patient and accommodating to my work schedule. He went through everything that would need to be done, and why it had to be done a certain way. He answered all our questions and in no time at all, his workers were here to do the job. They cleaned up as they went along. They were friendly and never complained about the heat in the attic area. It took an entire day to do all that was needed and they just kept going. A definitely go-to if you are looking to have your central air done.

We inherited this vendor as the company that had serviced our new house previously. I WOULD NOT USE THEM. After they OVERSELL you on a service contract, they become incredibly difficult to work with. The owner is combative, the receptionist is unresponsive, and they don't do basic things at service, such as change your air filter. You pay $100s of dollars for shoddy service and incredibly terrible customer service.
