I used Arbor Care for many years and my yard looks terrible by the house and sidewalk/driveway due to their new machine not properly treating my yard. When I asked for help in seeing what could be done (additional treatment) John refunded my money and FIRED ME AS A CUSTOMER. John wouldn’t schedule a morning to meet me this week as he said “he didn’t want to get wet”! Will NEVER refer them to others as I have done in the past.

Arbor Care took care of our lawn in Middletown for years and we had the best in the neighborhood. Now they are doing our new lawn in Liberty Township and after 2 summers it's already doing good and looking beautiful. I recommend these guys to all, because of the price and job well done.

They raised their rates for my yard treatments by almost 50% this year. We negotiated something in between if I brought additional customers. I called back with additional customers and they wouldn't honor their part of deal. Beware!

They have a crew and service. They are timely in returning calls and they always call a day or two ahead of coming out to make sure it's ok to come. Then call when they are on the way to our house.
