Customer Reviews
Post-sale support of critical utility infrastructure has been less than poor. Arbor Homes should provide more assistance and take some level of ownership with their vendors to correct issues that occurred during the community and specific location development. I do not recommend Arbor Homes for new construction purchase.
We purchased the new house in 2020. We found a leak right after we moved in but Arbor didn’t figure out the problem. Finally we found the issue was the leaking toilet because the wax ring was not installed properly.
Great homes. Been in mine going on 10 years. House is still in excellent condition.
