The crew replaced some fencing alongside our home and appears to have punctured a hose in our irrigation system. They are refusing to take responsibility. Isaac (who only handled the phone conversation) was very rude and abruptly hung up on me. In contrast, Carlos—who actually did the on-site work—was polite and down-to-earth. He agreed with my suggestion to return on a warmer day to properly inspect and repair it, since today was too cold. The unprofessionalism from Isaac was disappointing.

Dug a whole to plant a tree and cut the giant orange cable line, not good when you work from home. Accidents happen, but these guys could have cared less about what they did and told me to call Comcast and miss utility. So if you hire these people and they make a mistake like this, there is a very real possibility they will do nothing to fix it and laugh as they did with me

We had trees planted a year ago ($1200 for 6 trees). Pretty good deal right? Well, you better hope you never need to use the 1yr warranty. On day one, they told us to water the trees. Water them a LOT. So, we did just that. The trees started looking "odd" within 2 months. When I contacted them a few months later and said that we'd like to use the warranty to replace the dead tree, they offered a 10% discount. I then said, no, we would like a replacement. We were told they were not responsible for replacing the trees if they died because we didn't water them. Still, they lamented and replaced the tree. Fast forward to now. 4 of the 6 trees are dead and the other 2 look like they may die as well. We had an arborist take a look. The arborist said the landscaper merely dug a hole deep enoug

I had a disappointing experience with this company. I wouldn't want to hire anyone with a charge tried in the District Court For Montgomery County - Criminal to do work on my property - Case Number: 00940207P2. Their service fell short in several key areas: From the outset, there were excuses every time I engaged with them as to why they couldn't send a complete and accurate estimate. They failed to meet their commitment of providing the correct invoice by last Friday as promised. When the invoice finally arrived, it contained incorrect information, directly contradicting my explicit instructions. This mistake necessitated re-explaining again the services I was interested in. They planted a couple of trees in my yard and within a few months, it’s dead. Let alone replacing it for free, their service is pathetic that they said they can’t even come out and replace those trees. Don’t use them, their service sucks!
