Same with the sofa and recliner upholstery The service techs are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. And, their technique thoroughly cleans the carpet without affecting the padding. I have been using Terrapin Chem Dry for over 5 years now. I have moved 3 times and Bill from Terrapin Chem Dry has cleaned the carpets of my homes. I absolutely loooove Bill and Terrapin Chem Dry!! Caleb and Warren were sent to my house within 2 hours of my phone call about a puppy accident on my bedroom carpet. I had shampooed the carpet repeatedly with my steam cleaner, but the stink of puppy pee remained no matter what I did. I googled what to do about urine smell in the carpet, and found that Chem-Dry has a very effective method of removing pet smells. After a very polite, efficient, friendly, professional visit by these two guys, the smell is completely gone and I have 3 beautifully cleaned carpets as well as an area rug, all for a very reasonable price! I can't say enough good about this team, and then I learned that night that my best friend has only ever used this company!
