I had the pleasure of meeting Henry with Arborist USA today. The first thing I noticed about him was his upbeat personality. He was very professional and polite. Henry walked through the concerns I had about my tree and formulated a plan for me. Henry was so polite he offered to send me the list of things I would need and where to purchase them. I was pleasantly surprised how he gave me an option to purchase their program or do it myself I thought that was awesome. I would recommend Arborist USA anytime and please ask for Henry. I promise you will not regret it !!!

All the Arborists I worked with listened, took ample time with me, and Henry, especially, was very knowledgeable (35 years) about trees and plants. He was encouraging to some of the practices I was already implementing and encouraged me to continue doing it without trying to sell me more services. He only recommended things that his company could do that I couldn’t or didn’t want to do myself. Just a nice man and a good company helping people have healthy trees and plants for reasonable prices. All of them were very prompt with their appointments too. I highly recommend them!!

When was the last time you hired a company and you were 100% happy with the experience? If you’re like me I can’t remember back that far. Well things have changed. Everything went so well that I’m still pinching myself. First and probably most important is their expertise. Fantastic job my trees look the best they ever have. Customer service, responsiveness and courtesy were amazing. The guys that came out to do the work exceeded my expectations. They were very efficient, (not one man working and three watching). Neat, cleaned up! Left my place better than they found it. And were so careful to trim only what was needed without destroying the shape and look of my beautiful oaks. I’m never going anywhere else and I highly recommend you do the same. You will not be disappointed.

Josh is super informative and very communicative. He genuinely seems to care about trees, and people who have trees and love them. He has also proven himself to be both flexible and reasonable. Arborist USA pricing, while not cheap, is more than fair for the amount of effort and expertise Josh and the crew bring to the table… and they ended up being lower than the competition. We definitely consider ourselves to be dedicated and satisfied customers. Thank you Josh, and the rest of the team at Arborist USA!

Arborist USA, especially Henry Friar, did a fantastic job to savemy 25year old Oak tree. The tree was in very bad shape after the 2 weeks of freezing temperature and Henry was very prompt in coming to identify the issue and come up with a plan to save it. Follow up visits took place to provide more nutrients to the tree, trim the dead branches and today the tree stands as spectacular as it has ever been. I highly recommend their services
