Aaron and Angel were fabulous — On time, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Aaron is getting me some additional quotes for additional work. Glad I found you! Following those quotes, ARC has installed a new air conditioning system, and some months later , a new furnace. Henry did those installations, and he is a pro. He knows his stuff, and is wonderful to work with. He even blew the leaves off my driveway at the very end. Who does that?? ❤️

Aaron did a fantastic job. He showed up when he said he would, quoted me a fair price as an estimate and then charged me exactly what he said he would when it was done. High quality work the same day as the initial estimate. I wish all my contractor experiences were similar his good. Thanks!

I can only give ARC a one star rating which is based on the fact that I was enormously overcharged. In late July, I had a problem with the air conditioning. Chris Roberts came to check out the problem and give me an estimate, which turned out to be $15,000. This about was for replacing the air conditioner and heater. Because I have never had a problem with service companies and have always found them to be honest, I trusted Chris. On day 2 of replacing the units I was informed that there was a problem with the ducts under the house and they would all need to be replaced. Chris informed me that the duct work would cost $18,000. At that point I called a friend to come over and give me advice. The friend advised me to cancel the duct work and get some other estimates. When Chris w

The tech was sent out quickly. He did not find the issue upon the initial inspection. Stated that he needed to do a "diagnostic" for $220 and it doesn't include repairing it. He removed the wiring to the outlets that were connected to the trouble spot. He found a loose neutral. He then charged us an additional $113 to fix it. I disagree with this procedure. He removed the wires to test it, so he had to put the wires back on, whether he found the issue or not. In the process of doing this, it would have corrected the issue by default. There was no need to charge an addition fee. If he would have found the need to troubleshoot, I would understand the additional charge, but he didn't need to do it. I feel we were overcharged for the "repair" of twisting the wires back together.

This company has been one of the worst I’ve dealt with. They charged me $590 to replace a breaker that costs about $10. On top of that, they scheduled the appointment for 2–3 PM but didn’t show up until 4:45 PM, and no one answered the phone in the meantime. Terrible customer service, an absolute waste of time and money.
