ARC Locksmith Service

Spoke with Tony the owner over the phone. He was very nice and was able to send someone to get the lock to our back door fixed the same day. Ram was the locksmith who arrived. He called with an approximate time of arrival to make sure that fit with my schedule and then text me before he arrived to give an exact eta. Ram was very nice, polite and had our door lock fixed in 10 min. He was also very honest and instead of replacing the whole door handle like some people might have done at a much higher cost- he only replaced the small piece that was broken. All very affordable and less than some companies charge just for the trip and diagnosing the problem. I highly recommend ARC!!

ARC came as a referral from a friend and business partner and also a property manager in St Charles. I was very impressed prompt courteous knowledgeable and empathetic they did a good job for a good fair rate cheaper than I would have expected if I ever need any help like this in the future these guys are going to be my guarantee the only one I call I've used a bunch of others that were significantly more expensive and didn't get anywhere near the service I got from ARC so don't make the mistake I did going elsewhere... Tyler came out and had a key made for my truck that I had lost 2018 RAM with auto start. He was prompt, easy to talk to, friendly and professional. Not a bad thing to say about the whole thing. Thanks Tyler!

Quick, efficient and nicely priced. Had two keys cut and programmed for my old ford truck. Took about 20 minutes for them to do it. In total, 5 keys cut, (two for my garage) and saved myself $49 over other quotes.
