While I was out during an emergency, he was able to bring in a plumber ASAP and save the day. He was so energized that one day, one thing led to another, and soon my 24-year-old cellar had been decluttered, and was emptied and bare. I greatly appreciated that he had only charged me for the disposal of parts, but no extra charge. Now I have a decluttered basement and mind, and a deck and side stairs that look like a wedding venue or a house for sale.
