I had a vendor visit my home to repair a toilet leak and a utility sink in my laundry room. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier, as the individual did not speak English. Despite my inquiries about the issue with the utility sink, he was dismissive and refused to provide an explanation. He claimed that the leak originated from the toilet in the upstairs bathroom and proceeded to fix it. Additionally, he replaced a baseboard behind the toilet with crown molding, which is typically used for ceilings. This error was discovered when another vendor came to perform renovation work and noticed the incorrect installation. The plumber insisted that the leak persisted due to a cracked grout line, but a subsequent inspection by a different vendor revealed that the actual source was a weak pipe

Never been a customer but their crews are dangerous drivers. Just had a van almost run me and another car off the road. Further down the road another truck that said supervisor cut off several people to cross 3 lanes of traffic for a turn. Both on their phones. Whoever was driving south down Rand Rd in Kildeer at 530p today needs to be fired. Both drivers.

Arce was recommended by my co-worker. We had a issue with our bathrooms that needed to be addressed. Called the office and spoke to Cindy. She worked fast to get someone out at our Store. Louise Rodriguez & Jose came the next day. They both where professional and worked fast to fix the problem. I highly recommend Arce plumbing along with Luis & Jose to get the job done.
