We have had great experiences with Superior Rooter. The response is very quick, and the service is excellent. Today we had Enrique fix a pin sized hole in one of our pipes. He came out to our house quickly and did good work. We believe the price is very fair as well. We have had them out to our house a few times in the past couple years (they fixed a broken sewer line, and capped a gas line) and would recommend this company.

Today I had an emergency situation in one of my units. I hired Supervisor rooter to clean my sewer line. The initial phone call was smooth. The technician Enrique arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. He was nice, polite, skilled and also very clean. Their pricing is very reasonable. Enrique from Superior Rooter was professional, punctual, and took the time to walk me through my options. He attempted to address the pilot light issue on my water heater and explained why the repair would likely be temporary given the age of the unit and the cost of parts. I appreciated that he presented both repair and replacement options clearly, without pressure, and answered my questions honestly. The replacement quote for a Bradford White unit was straightforward and reasonably priced compared to other estimates I received. Even though I ultimately decided on the best path forward for my situation, I felt informed and respected throughout the visit. Overall, a good experience with clear communication and professionalism.

Superior Rooter and Enrique were awesome. I noticed my hot water tank was leaking on a Monday morning and Superior Rooter responded quickly and was able to send Enrique out the same day by 10am. WOW! Enrique was able to assess the situation, explained that I needed a "skinny" hot water tank, who knew. He went to the warehouse and he was back quickly to remove the old and install the new. Once done, he explained that I know have a Bradford White tank, best of the best. Its made in America and parts are usually easy to replace if so needed in the future. He explained how to care for the tank...it should be flushed every 2 years but yearly would be best. He also gave me a tutorial on a hot water tank...I always love to learn. My technician, Anthony, came this morning just when scheduled. He got to work on the issue and handled it efficiently and made sure everything was put back where it belonged. He is definitely an asset to your company and very knowledgeable. I certainly don't want to have any more problems but I would definitely hope you would send him out.
