Months after our sealcoating job was done, some cracks reopened. After emailing these guys about it we received a response right away. They said they would return to touch up any areas that needed attention and would continue to come back until we were satisfied. When you have pride in your work, you gain loyal customers. I highly recommend them.

Quick shout out to Scott at Arch City Sealcoating. Very Professional and Great communicating. Had to reschedule my appointment because of inclimate weather and he rescheduled for a Sunday. He gave me a heads up about an hour before arrival time. He came out and got right to work. His attention to detail, and quality are outstanding. I am very Happy with the service he performed. After some scheduling issues due to me going out of state by the time their schedule wasn't so full, Scott got me on the schedule quickly once I was back, and my driveway done. Not only is Scott a very personable guy, he did a great job on my driveway that was in pretty sad shape. He also did a great job not getting the products all over the side of my house and porch, which I have had an issue with in the past with another local company. All in all he is a super guy who did a super job, I can't recommend Arch City enough!

Scott communicated when he would show up and arrived when he said. The work was done quickly and professionally, with no slop or trash left about. We will definitely contact Arch City when we need our driveway sealed again.
