Arch-Parking

We had a great visit! This has been on our "bucket list" for a while. It didn't disappoint! Beautiful views! The gift shop had lots of great things. The fudge was to die for!

Home to must see, stunning works of art Gateway Arch!

Was not clear on parking so we didn't visit the arch. Older and walking far wasn't option. A lot of one way roads and closed roads for unsure reasons. Area didn't seem to be safest. Empty abandoned buildings. Shady looking people hanging around. Even took picture of guy spray painting graffiti.

There was no sign that said "card only". I only had cash and when I went to leave I realized it only accepted cards! I hit the help button and had like 7 cars lined up behind me. Took 5+ minutes for someone to come out. But I was let out and didn't have to pay anything, so that's a plus! But come on!! Why not accept cash?

If it's on your bucket list, then you'd better do it because going up in that small trolley car so high in the sky and looking out on everything is amazing. It really makes you understand how great we Americans are!!
