We loved working with Stephen Lorditch and his talented team on our master bath remodel and hall bath refurbishing. We couldn't be happier with the results, they are beautiful and functional. From starting design and shopping for materials, Archangel was right there with us providing guidance, great ideas and helpful advice. If we could rate their customer service and responsiveness a 10, we absolutely would! They went above and beyond keeping carpet and stairs clean and dust to a minimum throughout their time working here. The Archangel Remodeling team, and especially Cameron! - did an absolutely perfect job installing tile in our sunroom. The process was expertly sequenced; the scheduling and coordination was precise; and, they accommodated our project's needs and desired timeline - for this, they went above and beyond expectations. They worked mostly on a couple of weekends to 'squeeze in' our install, amidst their already busy schedule. The Archangel crew came in as my saving grace after my basement flooded. They treated the area for mold, repaired my floors and my walls as well. They got to the root of the issue (I had worked with 5 other companies prior to this). The communication was outstanding, and even more outstanding was how amazing my basement looked afterwards. Looked like an entirely different room, it's one of our favorite places now! I really appreciated how specific and thorough they were concerning the mold issue. Also helps that every single one of the crew members that came to my house on a daily basis for a few weeks were just wonderful and kind people.
