I’m so glad we trusted Archer with our biggest investment. We had our ductwork, furnace, and AC unit replaced. They gave us the best quote for the work, but more importantly, they treated us well. Mark gave us the quote and came out to oversee the project and always answered the phone or called me right back. The company was great to work with!

UPDATE: It seems that I jinxed the repair. Literally within minutes of posting the original review below, the furnace is back to its shenanigans again. It was showing the "3 FLASHES = PRESSURE SWITCH STUCK OPEN" diagnostic code until I power cycled it with the breaker. Now the unit is fast cycling just like before. 😕 I'm calling Archer back now for a repeat visit. Hopefully it's not prohibitively expensive to fix. And hopefully I don't have to go all weekend without heat to avoid overtime charges. 😕 I'll update the review (and the 5/5 rating) once it's all settled again. ---- Original Review ---- Kevin was prompt, professional, and was able to repair our furnace for a fair price with no parts needed. Fantastic Service. My hearet went out during this Ice Storm so contacted Archer air Conditioning who came highly recommended. The technician that came out, Kevin was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and went to get parts, returned shortly thereafter and had me up and running in no time. For the work that needed to be done the price was very reasonable. They will be my GO TO in the future.

We had an emergency HVAC issue and Archer Heating and Air came through brilliantly. They responded on short notice, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Kevin showed up promptly for my annual system maintenance and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My capacitor was going bad and needed to be replaced He quoted the price and when he gave me the bill, that was still the price..no add ons or extra charges. Archer has been servicing my HVAC systems for 3 years and I've been extremely pleased.
