I started noticing really bad woodpecker damage to the siding on our house. We had never dealt with carpenter bees, but recently learned that they will bore into wood and leave their larvae. Once the Woodpeckers smell this, they peck into the wood to eat the larvae and leave your wood looking pretty bad. Most of the damage was 30 feet in the air since our house is pretty tall, so we obviously could not fix the damage ourselves. Critter Wranglers started a 2-stage process. Bradley came out and patched the holes in our siding and painted them. He then installed scare devices to deter the Woodpeckers. Bradley was really competent and professional and even came back out when we heard a noise that turned out to be one of the scare devices brushing against a gutter. He adjusted it free-of-charge

Derek has taken such great care of us. We’ve been using critter wranglers for several years now, due to sewer rats showing up after work on Beaver Creek started. He always lets me know when he is coming and is very professional and polite. If I am not home when he stops by he always lets me know how things look. Responded very quickly last summer when the heat pushed in a bunch of ants and was out the very next day to take care of it for us.
