DO NOT Even go down the path with these people. They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I requested a simple order 4/6 and was told it’d be a couple weeks. This metal was critical to completing our project and closing in our building to protect from the elements. I patiently waited until early May to follow up on my order. I’d leave messages...no call backs. I’d reach someone that would tel me ‘John will call you back in 20 minutes’...no call back (happened 8 times). After each countless, desperate, polite attempt over May, June and July I was told it will be ‘any day now’ or ‘this week’. This never happened and more calls and emails were ignored.
