Horrible Roofing Company!!!! I called Arcon Roofing because I had a small roof leak located in my guest bedroom ceiling. They gave me an estimate of $900. The first time Arcon Roofing came out to fix my roof leak, the leak became bigger. There were several water stains on my ceiling. I called to complain and they came out a second to repair the roof leak that they caused. The roof leak became even bigger. When it rained, water was coming out of my AC Vent. I called to complain and they demanded more money. I now have broken tiles on my roof, a damaged ceiling and roof leaks that they caused due to their negligence. They also scammed me out of $900.

This summer, we completed (4) roof projects with Arcon ALL of them simultaneously. It was hands down the smoothest experience we've ever had with a contractor. From the permits, city inspections and vendor coordination Arcon gaves us a turn key experience. We were extremely happy with the quality of their work and their team. I can't say enough positive things about Sam and Doral both of them were on the project daily and handled everything with class. Arcon mobilized and communicated the exact dates and times we could expect deliveries, cranes and inspections. As a Property Manager these types of projects can be a challenge. Arcon exceeded everyone of our expectations while providing a competitive bid. Thank you to the entire Arcon team. We couldn't be happier with our new roofs.

I hired Arkon Roofing through my general contractor as part of my home remodel, and they installed a brand new roof on my home. Within the first year, I experienced a major leak from the chimney into my master closet, which caused damage to my bathroom ceiling. Arkon came back multiple times over more than a year, claiming to have fixed the issue, but the leak continued. Now that I am just past the warranty, the exact same problem has resurfaced. Instead of standing behind their work, Arkon is asking me to pay additional fees to repair what should have been done correctly in the first place. A brand new roof should not have these kinds of problems, and I am disappointed with both the quality of the work and the lack of accountability. The guys at Arcon Roofing roofing did a superior job. These days it’s hard to find honest roofing companies. I’m extremely happy I went with them. I will definitely use them again in the future.
