Roumany Gerges came to replace a broken exhaust fan switch in our bathroom. He was fabulous! He was on time, friendly, professional, he did the job quickly. Arctic Air never lets us down. Have used them for HVAC system maintenance but this was the first time we used them for electrical. Definitely will use them again.

Scott did an excellent job servicing my A/C system. He was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job explaining everything. Highly recommend Arctic Air!

Great experience, you can't top this. Called at 7:50am on Monday, Scott was onsite before 10:30am. Diagnosed my failed TXV valve and out the door in less than an hour (including double checking my second AC system). Back today for the replacement/labor - all at a fair price with incredible communication along the way (the text interactions during and sometimes outside business hours were so impressive).

My A/C went out and I called several repair companies, none of them were available until the next day except Arctic Air. I called and Katherine was so understanding, friendly, and easy to talk to! The technician, Scott, was at my house in less than an hour and had the A/C working quickly. Thank you guys so much!

Scott came out right on time, explained the issue thoroughly, and professionally fixed the shoddy work that my builder’s A/C contractor originally did. Such a good experience in fact that we even signed up for the maintenance plan - you can tell they care!
