We purchased a new hot water tank heater. Took the techs less than a full day to remove old tank and replace with new Rheem unit. Punctual & efficient. Leaving project finished neat and clean as if they hadn't even been there. Pleased with Artic Air contractor, Daniel. WE explained what we wanted. Daniel took over the shopping for Rheem unit and the quality techs to install it. Making it effortless on us. Superb service - 💯 % !!! Also purchased at the same time - Carrier Heating/Cooling system. A 2 day project. Also completely satisfied with technicians and contractor. Artic Air is the business to work with in Imperial Valley area.

The Artic Air crew is excellent. Our heat pump quit last weekend. We visited home depot and submitted a request for a new unit and an installation company. Received a text response Sunday night with a business name and number. Called on Monday. Techs showed up Monday afternoon - we agreed on Tuesday for an install and a crew showed up Wednesday morning and the new system was operational that afternoon.
