There is really no other choice in the Imperial Valley for air conditioning/heating service. Desert Air Conditioning & Plumbing is very aware of this and takes advantage of every service visit. The annual membership is now at $215.00 offering two service visits a year. Every one of these visits has additional charges and recommended repairs that are never ending even when the A/C unit has been purchased from them and installed by them within a couple of years.

I Totally recommend Desert Air’s service! The price is definitely worth the money, a great value. The tech Ivan Hernandez was so professional and careful with my home and explained things prior to beginning the work. He took great pride in his work and appeared to be safe and organized with his tools and equipment. I look at the details and compared to other AC companies, Ivan was one of the most respectful and knowledgeable. I have used Desert Air for plumbing and now I am a loyal customer for AC work. Keep up the great work Desert Air and thank you Ivan!

Our service man, Ivan Hernandez, was extremely good. Courteous and knowledgeable, he not only addressed issues with our AC system, but answered our questions clearly and thoroughly. He provided us with various options. A very positive experience.

After Gil’s great service for our Air Conditioning System last week, we had a problem with our plumbing. So we called Desert Air back and asked for assistance. GEORGE came to the rescue! George and his helper fixed everything. George is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and has a great sense of humor. Thank you, George! Gil was so very helpful with our recent service call for the air conditioning. He was efficient, friendly, and very nice. Desert Air should be very proud of Gil. Gil came to service the AC and once again did a wonderful job! He is our favorite AC expert!!
