Arctic Air

Came home the other day after work and it was 80 degrees inside my house even though it was 60 degrees outside. I typically keep it around 72. Checked the vents and it was blowing warm air even though my thermostat was set to 70. I checked the AC unit outside and everything seemed to be running fine. Got online and scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next day. The office called the morning of the appointment to confirm, and also let me know it needed to be a bit warmer so the tech could accurately diagnose the issue. we have been loyal customers to Arctic air for over 4 years. When our AC went out several years ago, they made an extra effort to get us taken care of as my husband had severe health issues. When our furnace went out they had a new one installed in less than a week and this was a week before Christmas when the Temps hit below zero 3 years ago!! I called Arctic Air on one of the coldest days we’ve had when I discovered our furnace was not working. I called at 1:30 pm and received a call from Cody about 10 minutes later that he was on his way and by 2:30 the problem was fixed. Excellent service!!

We have their maintenance plan so they come out twice a year to check our a/c and furnace. We have an older unit and they let us know it is still working well and don’t try to push buying a newer unit like another local company did to us when it is not needed right now. We appreciate their honesty and integrity.
