Absolutely wonderful service! Needed my humidifier fixed, discovered incorrect wiring and working in a matter of minutes. Very grateful!

Our AC stopped working during a heatwave. This was the first place I called, and I am so happy that I did. It took a bit of time before they were able to install, but it was well worth it Price-wise, extremely reasonable. Amy was very kind and excellent at communicating. The techs were all very kind and helpful

Dan diagnosed our problem as a switch, but cautioned it may be the blower. The cost difference between the former and latter was $900. Dan brought the parts over and confirmed it was the switch. He could have told us it was both and jacked the price up but he demonstrated real integrity. I cannot recommend him ( and Amy) enough. Great customer service, a fair price and a trustworthy technician. Will never use anyone else.

July 2025 update: Had two units go down and again GFAC exceeded all expectations and joyfully entered our home. Thank you guys so much 🙏🙏🙏✝️🛐🤟 June 2023 update: Gladstone Furnace & A/C was recommended to me by 3 people (I had been using Buckner's for years but it was sold to a National outfit form MN). Anyway, the repair work was clearly explained and the care was evident form the first call through the very end of the repair. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. Nothing is more important then trusting the HVAC company you work with. I will be a customer for as long as Dan & Amy own it or as long as it stays local/family owned. I have already recommended Gladstone to a few people and l be sharing their information on our HOA website as well as asking our HOA to consider switching.

They were extremely friendly and helpful from the first conversation with the office to the representative that fixed our furnace. Price was also fair and reasonable. I would recommend using this company!
