Arctic Air-Quartz Hill HVAC and A/C repair

I had an excellent experience with Artic Air! The technician Mike Stevens who came out to fix my heater was friendly, communicative, and all around amazing. He took the time to explain what was wrong, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find service that’s both professional and personable, but he truly delivered. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating repairs, top notch service from start to finish!

Absolutely top-notch service. Joe was my tech and he quickly diagnosed and fixed a tricky wiring issue that caused my A/C to not blow cool air and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Charlie and Tim did an amazing job! Any time I have an issue with my HVAC system they are able to handle swiftly and timely. I am having an issue with my thermostat and they came looked at the system and tested the system and gave me options for my system. They checked my system and was able see everything is running smoothly.

Charlie was absolutely fantastic! He arrived on time, thoroughly diagnosed the problem with my AC unit, explained everything clearly, and fixed it quickly and efficiently.
