Called Artic Air because AC wasn’t cooling the house. It was 90 degree weather. Luis fit me in but by the time he came it was dark and my Ac system was on top of my flat roof. He got it running and saved the night. Honesty and reliability are two things hard to find in companies nowadays. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing AC services

I hired this company to install a UV light in my AC system, and not only was the initial placement done incorrectly, but what followed was a complete disaster. When I called to have it fixed, they insisted the installation was fine—until I spoke with the owner directly, who then promised to come fix it on a Saturday between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. He never showed up. No call. No text. Nothing. I had to cancel a personal appointment just to be stood up. When I texted him at 2:25 p.m. to confirm if he was still coming, all he replied was, “I will take care of it.” I had to clarify that this wasn’t just about making a repair—it was about honoring a scheduled professional appointment. Terrible experience with this company. We had Artic Air install a new Carrier unit in July 2023. Luis quoted me $8,000 and assured me he was installing a variable speed unit with dual stage fan to replace the American Standard unit we had. We had Air America come today to due routine maintenance only to find out the unit is a single speed. Additionally the installation crew, none of which spoke English, did such a hack job on the installation that we need to have it replaced. Our old unit was mounted in the garage on a plywood box. Luis’ crew mounted the new unit on a stand and pieced together a makeshift box out of foam duct board. My gut told me they were not doing the installation properly and I called Luis multiple times during the installation to confirm. He of course told me it was
