John has been installing and maintaining our heating and A/C systems for over 20 years. John is very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and has reasonable pricing.

I am a 20+ year customer of Arctic Air Systems and I would never consider using someone else for my AC and heating needs. John is one of the best in the business. Over the years John has installed a new AC system in one home and a replacement AC system, replacement gas furnace and 2 ductless heat pump systems in our current home while providing the necessary maintenance. John is honest, prompt, professional and meticulous. Maybe most important of all, he has been very responsive and able to quickly fix any issues we have had with our AC and heating systems over the years. He truly values his customers.

Arctic Air was the only heat pump installer who quoted us an appropriately sized system when 4-5 others tried to scare us into oversized solutions. Installation was smooth and reasonably priced, the system works great in all temperatures, and John has been attentive and honest about addressing all of our questions since day one.
